摘要
目的研究针对鼻息肉病患者应用鼻内镜结合糖皮质激素治疗的效果。方法选取本院2016年1月—2019年1月收治的200例鼻息肉病患者作为研究对象,采用随机分组法,将其均分为两组,即观察组与对照组;给予对照组患者常规鼻内镜手术治疗方式,在其基础上,给予观察组患者糖皮质激素联合治疗方法,通过对比两组患者临床治疗有效率、生活质量改善情况之间的差异,探究鼻内镜结合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉病的临床应用价值。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组,临床指标优于对照组,术后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对鼻息肉病患者应用鼻内镜结合糖皮质激素治疗效果显著,其能够有效缩小息肉体积,巩固鼻内镜手术疗效,缓解黏膜水肿,降低术中损伤,提升患者生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of nasal endoscope combined with glucocorticoid in patients with nasal polyposis. Methods 200 patients with nasal polyposis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group. The patients in the control group were given routine endoscopic sinus surgery. On this basis, the observation group was given glucocorticoid combined therapy. By comparing the difference of clinical treatment efficiency and quality of life between the two groups, to explore the clinical value of nasal endoscopy combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of nasal polyposis. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the clinical index was better than that in the control group. The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The nasal endoscope combined with glucocorticoid therapy is effective in patients with nasal polyposis. It can effectively reduce the volume of polyp, consolidate the curative effect of nasal endoscope surgery, relieve mucosal edema, reduce injury in surgery, and improve the quality of life of patients.
