摘要
目的：探究鼻息肉采用鼻内镜与糖皮质激素联合治疗的临床效果。方法选择2012年11月-2013年11月收治40例鼻肉息患者，随机分为治疗组20例和参照组20例，给予参照组患者单纯内镜下息肉切除术，治疗组患者采用内镜下切除术联合糖皮质激素治疗，观察对比两组患者治疗后的效果。结果经治疗后，治疗组患者在住院时间、手术时间及手术出血量等方面均优于参照组，总有效率（95.00％）明显高于参照组（85.55％），两组患者差异显著。结论采用鼻内镜与糖皮质激素联合治疗鼻息肉的临床效果明显优于仅采用鼻内镜治疗效果，值得临床大力推广应用。
Objective To explore the nasal polyps by nasal endoscopy and clinical effect of combination treatment with glucocorticoid.Methods From November 2012 to November 2013 , 40 cases of patients with nasal meat rate , were randomly divided into treatment group （20 cases and control group 20 cases, control group patients′pure endoscopic polypectomy , treatment group were treated by endoscopic resection with glucocorticoid therapy , observe the effect of the compared two groups of patients after treatment.Rse ults After treatment, the treatment group patients in hospitalization time, operation time and blood loss is better than that of control group , the total effective rate （95.00%）, significantly higher than control group （85.55%）, two groups of patients with significant difference.Conclusions The nasal endo-scopic and clinical effect of combination treatment with glucocorticoid nasal polyps was better than with nasal endoscopic treatment effect , only is worth the clinical promoted application.
