工匠精神:思政课教师教育话语认同的能量支点 被引量:18

摘要 在中国从"制造大国"向"质造大国"的升级,以及文化强国的双重背景驱动下,时代对工匠精神的呼声越来越高,各行各业都需要弘扬工匠精神。从思想政治教育角度考量工匠精神内涵可以从三个方面进行把握,即乐生、精工、尚巧。按照此内涵标准对思政课教师进行严格要求,朝着"精品"的方向进行"打磨",能在很大程度上提升其作为思政课教师的关键素养,如精神信念、理论功底、话语逻辑等,从而直接或间接为他们的教育话语赋能,使其构建的教育话语更具实效性。在具体践行过程中,要注重相应文化体系的建设,以支撑和推动工匠精神的践行,具体来说,应完善制度文化促成工匠精神的习惯养成,强化对工匠精神认同的价值文化激励敬业精神的养成,落实管理文化为"工匠型"教师的个人利益护航。 In China, With a dual background of the upgrade from "manufacturing country" to "quality building country" as well as a cultural powerhouse, the era for the craftsman's spirit is coming. All professions and trades need to develop and acrry forward the spirit of the craftsman. From the perspective of ideological and political education, the spirit of craftsman can be grasped from three aspects, that is: joy of life, delicacy of work and advocation of crafimanship. According to the connotation standard, the teachers of the ideological and political courses are strictly required, "Grinding" in the direction of "fine quality". To a great extent, it can improve thecr key literacy as a political teacher, such as spiritual belief, theoretical foundation, discourse logic, etc.As a result, it directly or indirectly empower their educational discourse. The educational discourse constructed by it is more effective. In the course of the concrete practice, we should pay attention to the construction of the corresponding cultural system so as to support and promote the practice of the spirit of the craftsman. Specifically, we should improve the system culture, facilitate the habit development of craftsman spirit, enhance the value culture of artisans' spirit recognition, encourage the cultivation of professionalism, and the implementation of the management culture is the protection of the personal interests of the "craftsman type" teachers.
