摘要
就业话题可谓是老生常谈了,因为这关系到国计民生,所以被经常提起研究,广大学子尤其是高职院校的学生在面对就业问题时如何提高自身的竞争力,是一项非常值得探究的深刻话题。当前就业形势严峻,就业压力依然巨大,培养高职院校学生的工匠精神是提高学生就业竞争力的一项有效措施。
The topic of employment is a cliche,because it is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,so it is often mentioned and studied.How to improve the competitiveness of students,especially students in Higher Vocational colleges,when facing the employment problem is a profound topic worth exploring.At present,the employment form is severe and the employment pressure is still huge.To cultivate the craftsmanship spirit of vocational college students is an effective measure to improve their employment competitiveness.
