摘要
在实验室完成不锈钢表面机械抛光实验,通过扫描电镜观察分析表明,影响抛光缺陷的主要因素分三大类:基体硬质夹杂物、原始表面质量以及抛光工艺中的机械划伤。针对各种缺陷的产生原因,提出了相应的改进措施:通过对炼钢工艺进行夹杂物塑性化控制,减少硬质夹杂物的数量,以及通过调整后续轧制工艺,可避免表面凹坑,提高表面质量,从而较少表面抛光缺陷的产生。
The mechanical polishing experiments of stainless steel surface were carried out in laboratory. It was found that the polishing defects mainly derived from the hard inclusions, the original surface quality and the mechanical scratches in polishing process. As to the causes of various defects, corresponding measurements were put forward as follows: improving the steelmaking process for inclusion shaping control, reducing the number of hard inclusions and adjusting the subsequent rolling process to prevent surface pits and improve surface quality, reducing surface polishing defects.
