摘要 为探索H65黄铜链牙轧制成形规律,采用数值模拟与实验相结合的方式探究了轧制工艺参数对轧制成形的铜型材横截面的金属流动、应变分布和几何尺寸及铜型材表面质量的影响规律,在最佳工艺参数下探究了链牙的力学性能和微观组织的分布规律。结果表明,当摩擦系数高于0.2时,轧制后的铜型材表面发生金属折叠,过高的摩擦系数(>0.2)和轧辊角速度(>25 r·min^(-1))易降低链牙尺寸精度和导致链牙轧制成形失败。采用最优参数为摩擦系数为0.1和0.2,轧辊角速度为19和22 r·min^(-1)时,链牙力学性能和微观组织分布表明,在最优轧制工艺参数下可获得良好的链牙力学性能,有效保证链牙强度。 To explore the rolling forming law of H65 brass zipper teeth, the numerical simulation combined with experiments was used to explore the influence of rolling process parameters on metal flow, strain distributions and geometric size on the cross section of the rolled brass profile, as well as the surface quality of brass profile. The mechanical properties and the distribution of microstructure of zipper teeth were explored with the optimal process parameters. The results show that when the friction coefficient is more than 0.2,metal folding happens on the surface of rolled brass profile. Too high friction coefficient and angular velocity of roller are easy to impair the dimensional accuracy of zipper teeth and lead to rolling failure of zipper teeth. When the optimal parameters that friction coefficient is 0.1 and 0.2 and angular velocity of roller is 19 and 22 r·min^(-1)are adopted, the mechanical property and microstructure distribution of zipper teeth show that good mechanical properties of zipper teeth can be obtained with the optimal rolling process parameters, and the strength of zipper teeth can be guaranteed.
