摘要
分析了黄铜的焊接性,介绍了黄铜气焊工艺设计方法及焊接操作要点,并列举了黄铜气焊的应用实例。黄铜气焊时,必须选用含Si焊丝,因为Si形成的氧化薄膜覆盖于熔池表面,不仅可阻止Zn的继续蒸发和烧损,同时还可有效地防止氢气的溶入,从而减少焊缝中气孔的产生。黄铜气焊的火焰应采用轻微的氧化焰,这样可使焊接区域内存在着高浓度的CO2气体,使液体金属表面上形成一层氧化性的气氛,从而防止了ZnO还原,并可减少气孔缺陷。
The weldability of brass was described, and the design method and the welding operation points for oxyfuel gas welding brass were presented. Meanwhile, some application examples were showed. During gas welding brass, welding wires with Si must be considered. The Si oxidized film formed could cover the surface of molten pool, which not only restrained the further evaporation and burning loss of Zn, but also effectively prevented hydrogen from the melt to reduce the generation of hy drogen gas hole in welding joint. Weak oxidizing flame should be used in gas welding brass, which could prevent ZnO from reduction and decrease gas hole defects through keeping CO2 with high concentration at welding zone to form a layer oxidized atmosphere on surface of liquid brass.
