摘要
通过对含B、含Cr高硫易切削钢拉拔材凹坑样品进行金相分析,并通过工艺验证,确认凹坑的形成与晶界薄弱有关。通过合理控制B含量、优化加热制度、拉拔工艺,拉拔材表面凹坑现象得到显著改善,不良率由原来的21.3%降至5.9%。
It was confirmed that the pit is related with the weakness of the grain boundary through the metallographic analysis on the specimen of boron containing and chromium containing high-sulfur free cutting steel as well as the process validation. The surface pit of the drawing product was significantly reduced by precisely controlling the boron content and optimizing the reheating schedule and drawing process,consequently,the reject ratio decreased from 21.3% to 5.9%.
