拉拔工艺对不锈钢/铜/碳钢复合拉拔的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为研究拉拔工艺对不锈钢/铜/碳钢复合管复合效果的影响,建立了三金属管拉拔过程的有限元模型,考察推/张力和拉拔速度对金属间接触应力、拉拔力的影响。研究发现,拉拔工艺对三金属复合有较大影响,当推力为-10MPa时不锈钢表面的接触应力达最大值320MPa,铜层和碳钢层都处于较大值,分别为272MPa,302MPa。拉拔速度大于200mm/s以上时,不锈钢、铜、碳钢表面的接触应力趋于最大稳定值,分别为390MPa、360MPa、347.5MP. In order to study the effect of drawing process of stainless steel / copper / steel composite pipe composite effect, established the finite element model of the three metal tube drawing process, the influence of push / teusion and drawing speed on the contact stress between the metal and the drawing force. The study found that three of drawing process of metal composite has great influence, when the contact thrust is -10MPa stainless steel surface stress attains the maximum vahle of 320MPa, the copper layer and the carbon layer is larger, respectively 272MPa, 302MPa. When the drawing speed is more than 200mm/s, the contact stress on the surface of stainless steel, copper and carbon steel tends to the maximum, and the stability values are 390MPa, 360MPa and 347.5MP respectively.
