摘要
帕森斯在对社会学组织理论进行研究的时候,几乎完全采用了控制论的术语来构造他的社会学体系。在他的控制等级理论中,系统的四个组成成分相互独立又相互联系,并且有等级高低之分,组分间的相互作用通过能量、物质和信息的交换实现。本文将以介绍系统科学对帕森斯的控制等级理论的影响为基础,尝试从系统科学的角度,结合一般系统论、控制论对帕森斯控制等级理论做出解读,针对其子系统间信息交换和流动缺乏有效的反馈机制的问题,尝试对其进行完善。帕森斯的结构功能主义至今仍然对社会的结构功能分析产生着影响,其前瞻性可见一斑。而在系统科学不断发展的今天,系统科学的相关理论为我们提供了一个崭新的理论视角,使我们能结合相关的理论对帕森斯的结构功能主义进行重新审视和发展。
During Talcott Parsons theorizingstructuralfunctionalism, he constructed his own system science theory. In the theory of controlling grades, four components of a system relate mutually and oppose mutually. The communication among components of a system is implemented by energy flow, material flow and information flow. In this paper, the author interprets Parsons' theory of controlling grades from the view of system science, including general system theory and cybernetic based on interpreting the influences from the theory of system science to theory of controlling grades, and tries to perfect the problem of a lack of feedback mechanism. Parsons' theory of structural functionalism is so prospective that it still af- fects the work of analyzing the structure and function of society. Today, with the constant development of system science,the theory of system science provides us a new angle of view to rexamine and develop Parsons' theory.
