摘要
当前,我国高等职业教育正处于转型发展的关键期,"教育大计,教师为本",打造出一支水平高超的"双师双能型"教师队伍是高等职业教育提高教学质量、培养优质人才、实现内涵发展的关键。本文从高职教育"双师双能型"教师队伍建设内涵入手,分析了高职教育"双师双能型"教师队伍建设的必要性,针对高职院校"双师双能型"教师队伍建设中存在的问题,提出相关方面的策略建议。
Presently,China＇s higher vocational education is in the critical period of transformation and development.A teaching staff with both practical and teaching abilities is the key to improving the teaching quality,training talented people and fulfilling the connotation development of the higher vocational education.In this study,the necessity of the construction of the teaching staff with both practical and teaching abilities is introduced.Besides,the problems in the teaching staff cultivation in higher vocational colleges are analyzed.Finally,some suggestions are put forward.
