高职院校创新创业教育激励机制构建研究 被引量:17

摘要 当今时代是一个创新人才竞争的时代,时代要求高职院校培养创新创业意识强,能力出众的高技能人才,然而,目前我国高职学生创新创业意识缺乏、创业比例低,创新创业能力较差,创新成果少,高职校院领导和教师对创新创业认识不到位,重视不足,激励机制不到位,这就要求构建完善的创新创业激励机制,加强学院创新创业教育,提高学生的创新创业意识,增强高职学生创新创业的能力,满足时代的需要。我们认为,构建高职院校创新创业教育机制,应从宏观与微观、内部与外部、奖励与惩罚等三个方面来构建完善的激励机制。 In the modem age, the essence of competition is the competition of innovative talents. The era re- quires higher vocational colleges to cultivate highly skilled talents who have strong awareness of innovation and pi- oneering and outstanding skills. However, the awareness of innovation and pioneering in higher vocational colleges is lack; Entrepreneurship ratio is low; The ability of innovation and pioneering is poorer; Innovative fruits are few; The leaders and teachers in higher vocational colleges pay little attention to the innovation and pioneering: There- fore, it requires to build perfect incentive mechanism of innovation and pioneering, strengthens the education of in- novation and pioneering, improve the awareness of innovation and pioneering of students and enhance the ability of innovation and pioneering in order to meet the needs of the era. It is believed that perfect incentive mechanism should be constructed from the perspective of the macro and micro, inside and outside, reward and punishment in order to construct the education system of innovation and pioneering in higher vocational colleges.
