摘要
在构建创新创业训练激励机制的过程中,高职院校应当牢牢把握精神激励与实质鼓励的交替效应,将实质帮助转化为精神层面的激励。本文将对高职院校创新创业训练激励机制的宏观构建进行分析,并针对学生创业的具体需求提出实质鼓励的具体措施。
In the process of constructing the incentive mechanism for innovation and entrepreneurship training,higher vocational colleges should firmly grasp the alternation effect of spiritual incentives and substantive incentives,and transform substantive assistance into spiritual level incentives. This article will analyze the macro-construction of the incentive mechanism for innovation and entrepreneurship training in higher vocational colleges, and propose concrete measures to encourage the specific needs of students.
