摘要
阐述"双师双能型"教师的内涵,从剖析目前我国新建本科院校"双师双能型"教师队伍建设中存在的问题入手,提出构建"双师双能型"师资队伍结构的培养模式:将"具有丰富的实践经历或从业经验"作为"双师双能型"教师的入职必备条件、自主培养"双师双能型"教师、扩大兼职教师队伍规模等;同时还提出建立"双师双能型"教师队伍结构优化的机制以资保障。
This paper expounds the connotation of "double-qualified and dual-talented" teachers. It analyzes the problems existing in the construction of "double qualified and dual talented" faculty in newly-established universities in China. It puts forward the training mode of building " double-qualified and dual-talented " faculty: regarding rich practical and professional experience as the entry requirement, automatically training the "double-qualified and dual-talented" teachers, enlarging the proportion of part-time teachers and so on. It also proposes a mechanism to optimize the structure of "double-qualified and dual-talented" teachers.
