摘要
基于"工匠精神"的高职人才培养,需要从教育体系建设、教育理念引导、校企合作推进、人才培养方案优化、教师队伍培养、产学研结合、社会服务等诸多方面着眼。
The talents cultivation of higher vocational education based on the ＂spirit of the crafts- man＂ should be considered from education system construction, educational idea guidance, school - en-terprise cooperation in promotion, talents cultivation scheme optimization, industry- university - re- search cooperation, and social service, etc.
