摘要
高职院校古建筑专业以培养应用型人才为目标,而实践能力是衡量应用型人才的重要标准。基于此,重庆艺术工程职业学院进行了“工作室”模式古建筑人才培养方式的探索。从古建筑保护项目实践入手,探究校企合作、现代学徒制综合运用改革古建筑专业课程教学,以提升学生的实践能力。通过调整教学关注点与教学方法,分析实践过程与经验成效,培养学生解决实际工作问题所需要的知识、技能、专业素养综合实践能力,使毕业生快速适应行业发展,增加专业竞争力,成为服务社会、传承民族优秀建筑文化的专业人才。
The ancient architectural major of higher vocational colleges aims at cultivating applied talents,and practical ability is an important criterion for measuring the ability of applied talents.Based on this,the school has carried out the exploration of the“studio”mode for the talent training of ancient construction.Starting with the practice in ancient architecture protection projects,it explores the comprehensive application of the schoolenterprise cooperation and the modern apprenticeship system to reform the teaching of the ancient architecture major to enhance students’practical ability.By adjusting the teaching focus and teaching methods,analyzing the practice process and experience,we strive to cultivate students with knowledge,skills,and professional comprehensive practical ability so that they can solve practical problems.These efforts can make the graduates quickly adapt to the development of the industry,increase their professional competitiveness,and become a qualified member who can serve the society and inherit the national excellent architectural culture.
