摘要
现代学徒制作为一种人才培养模式在在职业教育中具有较为明显的优势。文章以会计专业实行现代学徒制试点为例,依托地方企业,校企深度合作共同研讨、设计人才培养方案;创新机制体制,为现代学徒制的顺利实施构建平台;校企合作制订专业教学标准,构建适合校企双元育人的专业课程体系;依托互联网+现代信息技术手段,建设教学质量高、教学效果好、课程应用与教学服务相融通的在线开放课程,实现终身化教育教学。通过分析会计专业的现代学徒制试点应用实践情况,提出现代学徒制教学体系建设的整体思路。
Modern apprenticeship as a kind of talents training mode has obvious advantages in vocational education.This paper takes the modern apprenticeship pilot project in Accounting major as an example,and tries to build a platform for the smooth implementation of the modern apprenticeship system by relying on the local enterprises and the deep cooperation between the enterprises and enterprises,designing the personnel training program,establishing the professional teaching standards;to build a professional curriculum system suitable for school-enterprise dual education;to construct online open courses with high teaching quality,good teaching effect and well combination of curriculum application and teaching services by relying on the technology means of Internet＋ modern information,and to achieve lifelong education and teaching.Through analyzing the application practice of the modern apprenticeship pilot project in Accounting major,this paper puts forward an overall thinking for constructing modern apprenticeship teaching system.
