摘要
生态学重视环境系统对个体成长发展的作用与影响,重视环境与有机体的协同发展,为青年初任教师的专业发展带来了新的研究视角。借鉴经典的生态学研究理论,高校青年初任教师的专业发展环境可梳理为微观系统、中观系统及宏观系统。通过对不同系统的分析,改善高校青年初任教师专业发展环境归纳为四条有效路径,一是培养自我更新与反思意识,提升青年初任教师专业发展活力;二是构建专业共同体,促进青年初任教师专业发展的协同进化;三是营造教师文化,培育青年初任教师专业发展的适宜生境;四是整合教育资源,减少青年初任教师专业发展的限制因子干扰。
Ecology focuses on not only the function and effect of environmental system on individual development but also the co-development between organism and environment, which brings new perspective for new teachers professional development. According to the ecological theory, professional development of university new teachers could be classified into micro, meso and macro three systems. By analyzing different systems, we summed up four effective ways to improve the environment of university new teachers~ professional development. Firstly, cultivate self-update and self-reflection awareness to promote professional development vitality of new teachers. Secondly, construct a professional learning community to facilitate new teachers" co-evolution. Thirdly, develop teachers~ culture to build appropriate environment for university new teachers. Fourthly, integrate educational resources to reduce restrictive factors influence.
