摘要
为确定云南道地药材多花黄精的最适采收期,测定云南金平县多花黄精基地不同生长年限和不同采收月份的多花黄精的多糖含量、鲜干物质重。结果表明,随着生长年限的增加,5年生多花黄精各节的多糖含量呈依次降低的趋势,其中1~3龄节多糖含量相对较高,分别为128、121、97 mg/g,4~5龄节降低为67、58 mg/g;在不同采收月份中,12月、翌年1月多糖含量较高,分别为131.11、133.85 mg/g,且12月根茎鲜重值最高,达到821.41 g,折干率为26.51%。云南产多花黄精最适采收期应该在12月底、翌年1月初,以根茎繁殖的多花黄精3年为其最佳采收年限。
To determine the optimum harvest time of Polygonatum cyrtonema in Yunnan,the polysaccharide content,fresh and dry weight of P.cyrtonema were determined in different growing years and different harvest months in Jinping County,Yunnan Province.The results showed that the polysaccharides content of each section of five years old P.cyrtonema decreased with the increase of the growing year, and the content of polysaccharides in 1-3 years’section was relatively high,which was 128,121,97 mg/g,that in 4-5 years’section reduced to 67 mg/g and 58 mg/g;in different harvest months,the content of polysaccharides was higher in December（131.11 mg/g） and next January（133.85 mg/g）,respectively, and the fresh weight of rhizome was the highest in December,reaching 821.41 g, and the drying rate was 26.51% .The most suitable harvesting period of P.cyrtonema in Yunnan Province should be at the end of December and the beginning of next January, and the best harvest time of P.cyrtonema with rhizome propagation is 3 years.
