摘要
报告了黄精炮制前后粗多糖的提取收率与总糖含量的分析。证明黄精与炮制黄精中粗多糖的提取率分别为１３．０％与６．３％，其粗多糖中总糖含量分别为８８．３９％与６０．６４％。
rf Crude total polysaecharides in Polygonatum sibiricum before and after processing were ound to be 86.39% and 60.64% respectively and their yield on extraction were 13.0% and 6.3% espectively.
