摘要
细胞缝隙连接通讯是细胞之间信息交流的一种方式,其发挥功能依靠细胞缝隙连接。缝隙连接蛋白(Cx)家族由Cx组成,而Cx43是Cx家族成员之一,其表达及功能异常涉及多种肿瘤的发生、发展。在胃癌、结肠癌、尤文肉瘤、卵巢癌组织中,Cx43表达呈现下调趋势;但在膀胱癌、乳腺癌、神经胶质瘤、肺癌组织中Cx43呈过表达,且在肺癌、乳腺癌神经胶质瘤中Cx43的过表达表现出抑癌和促进肿瘤转移的双向性。因此,寻求以Cx43为靶点治疗肿瘤,并深入探究Cx43与抗肿瘤药物之间的关系成为当前亟待解决的问题。
Gap junctional intercellular communication is a way of communicating information between cells,and its functioning depends on cell gap junctions.The connexin(Cx) family is composed of Cx.Cx43 is one of the members of the Cx family,its expression and function abnormality are related to the occurrence and development of various tumors.Cx43 expression is down-regulated in gastric cancer,colon cancer,Ewing's sarcoma and ovarian cancer,but Cx43 is overexpressed in bladder cancer,breast cancer,glioma and lung cancer.Overexpression of Cx43 in lung cancer,breast cancer and gliomas shows a bi-directional effect of tumor suppressor and tumor metastasis.Therefore,it is urgent to seek the treatment of tumor with Cx43 as a target and to explore the relationship between Cx43 and antineoplastic drugs.
