摘要
胃癌是中国乃至全球发病率、死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤之一,5年生存率仅10%,其发生和侵袭涉及一系列多基因参与、多步骤协同的复杂过程。近10年来,血液循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)及循环核酸(CNAs)检测因其具有无创、实时检测和有别于影像学检查结果等优点,受到了肿瘤学界的广泛关注,被称为"液体活检"。CTC和CNAs分别在肿瘤基础研究、临床疗效评价和判断预后及肿瘤的早期诊断等方面具有重要意义。开展CTC和CNAs的研究将有助于开展胃癌的早期诊断、评价手术及化疗的治疗效果、早期发现远处转移和判断预后。
Gastric cancer is one of malignant tumors with the highest morbidity and mortality in the world and China, and the 5-year survival rate is only 10%. Its initiation and invasion cover a range of multiple genes which involved in complex, multi-step synergy process. Over the past 10 years, the blood circulating tumor cells (CTC) and circulating nucleic acids (CNAs), because of its non-invasive detection the real-time detection, and advantages different from the imaging results, have been widespread concern in the oncology community, known as "liquid biopsy". A wealth of information indicating the potential value of CTC and CNAs for cancer diagnosis, monitoring of the efficacy of anticancer therapies and prognosis has emerged. CTC and CNAs have important significance in the basal research of tumor, clinical effect evaluation, prognosis judgment and early diagnosis of tumor. Study on CTC and CNAs will contribute to early diagnosis of gastric cancer, to evaluation of the therapeutic effect of surgery and chemotherapy, early detection of distant metastasis and prognosis judegment.
