摘要 φ36、φ40和φ50mm大规格热轧带肋钢筋均用于核电、大跨度桥梁及特高层建筑等大型基础设施建设,对质量要求非常严格。钢筋表面出现不同程度的表面裂纹,不仅会严重影响产品外观质量,造成大量的废品,给公司带来巨大的经济损失,还会造成交货不及时,影响公司声誉和大规格钢筋的市场占有率,成为制约大规格高强钢筋生产的一个瓶颈。针对上述问题,对表面裂纹缺陷进行了分析,并借助扫描电镜和能谱分析等检测手段,查明了裂纹产生的原因,优化了生产工艺。 Considering that large size of φ36, φ10 and φ50 mm hot rolled ribbed bars are considerably used for nuclear power, large span bridges and super high buildings, extremely strict quality is required. The surface cracks of different degree seriously affect the appearance quality of the product, cause a lot of waste, and bring huge economic losses to the com- pany. In addition, the delivery will not be timely, impacting on corporate reputation and market share of large steel bars. Then a bottleneck to restrict the production of high strength steel is appeared. Therefore, by means of scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis, the cause of cracks is identified and the production process is optimized.
