摘要 二次氧化铁皮是影响钢板表面质量的重要因素之一。针对5500宽厚板二次氧化铁皮的现状,分析了高压水除鳞、二次氧化铁皮的形态和形成机理,并提出了减少二次氧化铁皮压入缺陷的措施:降低钢板终轧温度和中间坯厚度,减少控轧待温时间,提高除鳞系统维护水平。 Secondary scale is one of the important factors affecting plate surface. By combining with the actuality of Angang Bayuquan 5500 mm Heavy Plate Mill, the high pressure water descaling, and the shape and formation mechanism of secondary scale are analyzed. Meanwhile, the countermeasures for reducing secondary scale are proposed. The results show that the indentation of secondary scale can be reduced by decreasing the finishing temperature of plate and the thickness of middle slab, reducing the control rolling time and improving the maintenance level of rescaling system.
