摘要
对乙二醇装置SD400-9催化剂延期运行进行了必要性和可行性分析,提出了延期运行要采取的有效控制措施,确保了装置的安全稳定运行,取得了可观的效益,同时减少了危废品的产生,减少了资源浪费和环境污染。
This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of delayed operation of SD400-9 catalyst in ethylene glycol plant. The plant took effective control measures for the delayed operation of the catalyst,which ensured the safe and stable operation of the device,and achieved considerable benefits,as while as reducing the production of hazardous waste,reducing the waste of resources and environmental pollution.
