摘要
某厂生产的HRB400螺纹钢表面出现了大量的结疤和类似于"裂纹"的缺陷,通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、金相检验以及能谱分析等方法对螺纹钢表面缺陷产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明:螺纹钢表面的缺陷是由于轧制原因而造成的结疤和折叠类缺陷;另由于终轧温度较高和冷却速率较快而在螺纹钢表面形成了贝氏体组织,这也是螺纹钢生产所不允许的。
A large number of scar and similar 'crack' defects were found on surface of HRB400 rebar, and the causes of the surface defects were analyzed by means of macroscopic analysis, chemical compositions analysis, metallographic examination and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the surface defects of HRB400 rebar were fold and scar which caused by improper rolling. In addition, too high final rolling temperature and fast cooling rate resulted in formation of bainite at surface layer of the rebar, and this was also not allowed during the rebar production.
