摘要
试验测定了三种不同直径HRB335螺纹钢的屈服强度与抗拉强度。测试结果发现,同一批次螺纹钢的机械性能相近,符合一定的统计规律;不同直径螺纹钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度差别较大,且随着直径的增加其机械性能下降。因此,在对钢结构进行安全性能评定时,不宜采用统一的机械强度标准,应该针对不同批次的材料分别进行试验,以此数据进行安全评价。
The yield strength and the tensile strength of HRB335 with three kinds of different diameters are tested. The result shows that the mechanic properties of same batch HRB335 rebar is similar to meet certain statistical rule, and have greater distinction for different diameter, and the mechanic properties decrease with the diameter increasing. So the capability of the rebar should be tested every time when safety assessment is conducted, and the conventional data is not suitable.
