φ8 mm盘螺钢HRB400E的缺陷分析及工艺优化

摘要 运用光学金相法研究了φ8 mm盘螺钢HRB400E缺陷试样的夹杂物和金相组织,并借助氮氧氢分析仪测试了气体元素含量。结果表明,缺陷处O元素含量较高,其截面处存在大量C3.0s和D3.0级的硅酸盐夹杂物和球状氧化物夹杂,夹杂物造成钢坯在连铸过程中开裂,在轧制过程中扩展暴露于钢筋表面造成“烂钢”缺陷。夹杂物是由电炉终点钢水氧含量高、LF吹氩时间不够和连铸大包卷渣造成的。 The inclusion and metallographic structure of defect sample of φ8mm spiral steel HRB400E were studied by optical metallography, and the gas element contents were measured by nitrogen-oxygen-hydrogen analyzer. The results show that the content of O element in the defect is high, and there are a lot of silicate inclusions and spherical oxide inclusions with grade of C3.0s and D3.0 at the cross section of the defect. The inclusions cause the billet to crack in the continuous casting process and it expands to the surface of the steel bar during the rolling process, resulting in the "rotten steel" defect. The reasons of the inclusion are high oxygen content in molten steel at the end of converter, insufficient argon blowing time in ladle furnace,and slag entrapment in continuous casting ladle.
