社会资本对校所联培博士生创新能力的影响研究——基于心理资本的中介作用 被引量:22

Influence of Social Capital on Creativity of Ph.D.Students in UniversityEngineering Institutes Joint Programs:Mediating Role of Psychological Capital

摘要 高校与工程院所联合培养博士生项目,是充分利用校所双方优势,实现战略合作,提高高层次拔尖创新人才培养能力和科技创新能力的重要举措。本文采用问卷法对10个高校与工程院所联合培养博士生项目的175名博士生进行调查,分析了社会资本、心理资本及联培博士生创新能力之间的确切关系。结果表明,在社会资本对联培博士生创新能力的影响中,心理资本起到了完全中介作用。基于此,本文提出了相应建议和措施以促进联培过程中博士生社会资本的提升和心理资本的建设,推动拔尖创新人才培养目标的实现。 The Ph.D.students' joint cultivation program proposed by University-Engineering Institutes is an important measure to establish strategic partnership between universities and engineering institutes and make the best use of the advantages of them and improve their ability of high-level top creative talent cultivation and scientific and technological innovation.In this study,questionnaire is employed to investigate 175 Ph.D.students in 10University-Engineering Institutes Joint Programs.The relationship among social capital,psychological capital and Ph.D.students' creativity has been examined.The results indicate that,psychological capital plays a mediating role in the relation between social capital and Ph.D.students' creativity.Based on this,in order to achieve the aim of top creative talent cultivation,corresponding suggestions are proposed for the promotion of Ph.D.students' social capital and the construction of their psychological capital.
