摘要
提高人才培养能力,培养适应区域经济社会发展所需人才是地方高水平大学建设之要义。以提高人才培养能力为逻辑起点的地方高水平大学建设的对策主要有:以创新为导向,重塑本科教学体系;以学生发展为导向,强化学科建设;强力推进产教深度融合;强化大学文化育人功能;明确服务导向,创新管理育人机制。
To promote the ability of cultivating talents and to cultivate talents who adapt themselves to the development of regional economy and society is the essential property of the construction of local high-level universities. The strategies based on the promotion of talents cultivation ability for the construction of local high- level universities are as follows： oriented by innovation, reconstruct the undergraduate teaching system; oriented by student development, strengthen the discipline construction; develop a deep integration of industry-academy; strengthen the educational function of university culture; clear service orientation, innovate mechanisms of management and education.
