摘要
随着公安教育改革的进一步深入与发展,公安院校兼职师资教学能力的提升已经成为目前迫切需要解决的问题。通过对公安院校兼职师资教学自评的内涵特征与作用的解析,可以构建人本主义评价模式下兼职师资教学自评评价指标体系,明确兼职师资教学自评方法的运用,并以此开展对兼职师资教学自评的实施路径进行研究。
With the development of economy and society, it is important to train more and more qualified people to meet the needs of the country and the public security organs. At the same time, it also speeds up some new branches of specialized subject. In the reform of police education, the improvement of teaching ability and estimate of part-time faculty is paid more and more attention. In recent years, the improvement of teaching ability and estimate of part-time faculty in police education has become more and more popular. The improvement of teaching ability and estimate of part-time faculty in police education has its unique characteristics and demands. The improvement of teaching ability and estimate of part-time faculty in police education can help the part-time teachers to teach. The improvement of teaching ability and estimate of part-time faculty in police education can afford the greatest delight and vividness, arouse students' enthusiasm for study in classroom, it can also make students acquire knowledge and develop capacity.At present, the improvement of teaching ability and estimate of part- time faculty is widely used in the reform of the police education of our institutions of higher learning, and even regarded as a breakthrough point in the police education. Though the improvement of teaching ability and estimate of part-time faculty is indeed highly effective in training high-quality practical personnel, there are still some problems existing in teaching practice which require that part-time teachers should clear up their vague understanding and free themselves from mistaken ideas. We take police college as an illustration to study on the improvement of teaching ability and estimate of part-time faculty with the analysis of the training and education system.
