摘要
反思性教学是一种促进教师专业发展的教师教育新理论 ,笔者运用该理论结合当前中学历史课改的新动向 ,提出历史教师应当从学科教学知识、历史教学原则、教师教学理念等方面进行反思 .通过重新解释和构建教学经验不断提高教学水平。
Introspective teaching is a new kind of teaching and educational theory, which helps to develop teachers’majors. With this theory, the author combines present new trend of course reform about History in middle schools, and puts forward that teachers should meditate themselves according to teaching knowledge of the very subject 、teaching principals of History、 Teaching theory of teachers and so on. Moreover, they should constantly improve their teaching level by the way of re-explaining and building their teaching experience.
