摘要
生态与经济的协同发展对城市可持续发展具有重要意义。基于充分的文献研究,以淮南市为例,构建了资源型城市生态经济系统协同度评价指标体系,采用熵值法和协同度模型,综合测度了淮南市生态经济系统协同度。实证结果表明:2006-2015年淮南市生态系统有序度总体呈波动下降趋势,经济系统有序度总体呈波动上升趋势,生态经济系统协同度总体上处于不协同或低度协同水平,生态系统有序度的下降是制约生态经济系统协同度提高的关键因素。为此,需从加强生态文明建设,转变经济发展方式,提高矿产资源利用率等方面促进淮南市生态经济系统协同发展。
The coordinated development of ecology and economy is of great significance to the sustainable devel-opment of cities. According to the sufficient literature re se a rch , taking Huainan city as an example, the evalua-tion index system of eco - economic system coordination degree of resource - based city is constructed, and entro-py method and coordination model are used to measure coordination degree of eco - economic system in Huainan. The empirical results show th a t: In 2006 -2015 y e a rs, the order of ecosystem in Huainan fluctuated downward, and the order degree of economic system fluctuated upward, the coordination degree of eco - economic system is generally in the level of non - synergy or low lev e l, the decline of ecosystem order is the key factor that restricts the synergy of eco - economic system. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the coordinated development of Hua-inan ecological economic system by strengthening the construction of ecological civilization, changing the mode of economic development, and improving the utilization efficiency of mineral resources.
