京津冀城市群生态创新联系及网络结构研究 被引量:6

Research on Ecological Innovation Connection and Network Structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration

摘要 生态创新是促进区域可持续发展,实现循环经济的有效手段,也是京津冀高质量发展的重要突破口。基于主成分分析法和引力模型,对京津冀城市群生态创新引力强度进行测算,并运用社会网络分析法研究京津冀城市群生态创新网络的结构特征及时空格局。结果显示:京津冀城市间的生态创新联系处于持续增长状态,但总体水平不高,生态创新网络日益复杂,成员间的交流畅通度稳步提高;网络结构从最初以"北京、天津"为核心演变成"北京-天津-廊坊"三角结构,重要节点、次节点不断增多,生态创新联系向"小世界网络"发展。最后,从提高创新合作、扩大生态容量以及完善交通设施3个方面提出对策建议。 Ecological innovation is an effective means to promote regional sustainable development and realize circular economy,which is also an important breakthrough point for the high-quality development of Beijing-Tianjin-HebeiRegion.Based on principal component analysis(PCA)and gravity model,the gravity strength of ecological innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is calculated,and social network analysis is used to analyze the network structure characteristics and space-time pattern of ecological innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.The results show that the ecological innovation links between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are in a state of continuous growth,but the overall level is not high,the ecological innovation network is increasingly complicated,and the degree of communication between members is steadily improving.The network structure has evolved from"Beijing and Tianjin"as the core to"Beijing-Tianjing-Langfang"triangle structurewith more and more important nodes and sub-nodes,and the ecological innovation connection is developing into"small-world network".In the end,the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from three aspects:improving innovation cooperation,expanding ecological capacity and improving transportation facilities.
