摘要
基于能值分析理论,对2007—2016年延安、榆林、庆阳、金昌和克拉玛依等西北资源型区域的生态经济系统发展状况进行了动态分析。结果显示:2007—2016年各资源型区域总能值使用量大幅度上升,榆林、庆阳和金昌主要依赖本地不可更新资源发展;各资源型区域能值投入率远低于世界平均水平,整体系统开放性较差,金昌的废物能值比和环境负荷率最高,环保压力较大;各资源型区域系统稳定度指数和可持续发展指数下降,生态经济系统面临不可持续的压力。因此,应在改善生态环境的基础上优化产业结构,提高系统开放性和稳定性,使系统向可持续性方向发展。
Based on the emergy analysis theory,a dynamic analysis was made of the development level and sustainable development of eco-economic systems in the northwest resource-based regions such as Yanan,Yulin,Qingyang,Jinchang and Karamay during 2007-2016.The results showed that the total emergy usage increased significantly in each resource region from 2007to 2016,among which Yulin,Qingyang and Jinchang are mainly dependent on local non-renewable resources for development;the input ratio of emergy in each resource region is much lower than the world average,which indicates that the system is less open,Jinchang City has the highest waste emergy ratio and environmental load ratio,and the greatest environmental protection pressure ;The system stability index and sustainable development index in each resource region have declined,and the ecological and economic systems are facing unsustainable pressure.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the industrial structure on the basis of improving the ecological environment,improve the system's openness and stability,and make the system develop toward sustainability.
