摘要
目的探讨双语教师标准化病人在留学生在胃肠外科实习带教中对实习医师医患沟通能力的影响。方法将大连大学附属中山医院胃肠外科实习留学生随机分为传统查房教学组和双语教师标准化病人(teacher standardized patients,TSP)教学组,分别实施传统查房式教学及TSP模拟病例辅助教学。通过实习结束前进行的技能考试和理论考试及教学满意度调查评价两组学生在出科时的医患沟通水平及实习效果。结果TSP教学组学生技能考试及理论考试成绩均优于传统教学组。同时,留学生实习过程中更易于接受TSP教学,满意度更高。结论应用TSP教学进行胃肠外科临床实习教学能够提高留学生医患沟通能力,有助于学生对理论知识的掌握和消化。
Objective To further investigate the effect of English teacher standardized patients on the communication ability of overseas interns during the internship in gastrointestinal surgery department. Methods A total of 60 medical college oversea interns in gastrointestinal surgery department were randomly divided into two groups, English teacher standardized patient group (TSP group n = 30) and traditional teaching group (T group n = 30). T group students received lectures and teaching ward rounds while TSP group students received lectures and TSP teaching. The scores of clinical skills and theoretical knowledge were compared between TSP group and T group. The questionnaire was sent to students to investigate the students' feeling of TSP teaching and the internship feedback. Results The scores were significantly higher in TSP group than in T group. Most students held the positive attitude for TSP teaching. Conclusions Internship teaching with TSP can improve the teaching quality in gastrointestinal surgery department.
