摘要 标准化病人(SP)已广泛运用于医学教育与考试中,但规范有效的培训方式尚是热点之一。根据我院实施情况,结合文献,探讨“标准化病人”分别作为“提供病史和体格检查者”、“评估者”和“教师”所应采取的培训形式,以促进SP参与医学教育应用的发展与成熟。 Standardized patients are healthy people or patients who are not medical professionals. The function of SP is varied due to the different and specialized training. SP training is so important that it will affect the quality of medical education. SP has been widely used in medical education and examinations. Nevertheless standard and effective training of SP is still the focus of attention. According to the training of SP in our laboratory and referring to some articles, this paper discusses SP training as SP work as "the people providing case history and practice of physical examination", "the assessor" and "the teacher" respectively for the promotion of development and maturity of SP-participated medical education. In a word, it acquires more and more skills for SP at the different level. Basic medical knowledge (including anatomy, diagnostics and physiology) and case history are essential to all levels and they must know the principle they should abide by in their work such as the rule of "being neutral", "replying to properly", etc. Some beneficial tips for the better effect should be used in their work, and it is the focal and difficult point of the SP training. Work as the assessor needs more techniques in the SP training. SP in this level must pay more attention to what and how the students do, and then complete the evaluation table exactly after the class or examination. The training of SP working as the teacher is the most difficult part of all. It requests SP to know what the students should do and give them some guidance. More and more facts make us know that the training of SP is important and it needs more experience from practice and discussion.
