摘要
20世纪80年代以来,大量学者对普遍语法在二语习得中的应用进行了研究,但它是否在第二语言中可及仍未有定论。以往的研究体现了普遍语法研究的基本趋势以及中外学者研究方法的不同,但研究存在局限:集中在可及性的研究过多,对其理论意义及教学价值关注度过低;与外国学者相比,中国学者多集中在综述研究,对可及性的实证研究过少。
Universal grammar( UG) in second language acquisition( SLA) has been widely researched since 1980 s,while it is still uncertain whether UG is accessible. The current literature review revealed the general trend of the studies on UG and differences in research approaches between Chinese and foreign scholars. This research indicated that:( 1) scholars paid too much attention on the study of accessibility and ignored the theoretical as well as practical significance of UG in SLA;( 2) compared with foreign scholars,Chinese scholars focused on the review of literature while conducted little empirical research.
