摘要
目的探讨血液标本检验全程中质量控制管理方法和措施的临床应用价值。方法本次研究共包括320例患者,均为2016年12月—2017年5月来我院进行治疗的并且需要进行血液检验的病例,将其按照就诊时间分为两组,对照组160例,为2016年12月—2017年2月我院收治的病例,实施常规检验,研究组160例,为2017年3—5月我院收治的病例,实施完善的质量控制管理方法和措施,比较观察检验结果的误差情况,包括检验前、检验中、检验后3个阶段。结果研究组检验前、检验中、检验后的误差发生率(7.50%、3.13%、3.75%)与对照组(15.63%、8.13%、9.38%)比较更低,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液标本检验全程中实施质量控制管理方法和措施有利于检验前、检验中、检验后检验结果误差发生率的降低,效果优于采用常规检验的对照组,有良好的临床应用价值。
Objeetive To explore the clinical application value of quality control management methods and measures in the whole blood test. Methods 320 patients were included in this study. They were treated in our hospital from December 2016 to May 2017 and were required to undergo blood tests. They were divided into two groups according to the time of treatment. There were 160 patients in the control group form December 2016 to February 2017, they were implemented the routine testing, the study group had 160 cases form March to May 2017 in our hospital, they were implemented the quality control management methods and measures, the results of the test.results of the error in two groups were compared, including before the test, in the inspection and after the inspection. Results The incidence of errors in inspection before, during and after test .（7.50%, 3.13%, 3.75%） in the study group was lower than that in the eontrol group （15.63%, 8.13%, 9.38%）, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The methods and measures of quality control management in the whole process of blood samples can be beneficial to the reduction of the test result error before and after the test, and the effect is better than that of the control group with routine test. Application value can be applied.
