摘要
目的总结影响血液样本检验质量结果的主要因素,并探讨相应的管控对策。方法随机抽取该院2012年2月—2015年3月31例检验质量存在问题的血液样本,并对其进行回顾性分析,总结影响血液样本检验质量结果的主要因素,并做好统计学分析。结果影响31例血液样本检验质量的主要因素为患者自身因素19例(61.2%),血液标本出现溶血6例(19.4%),血液样本采集方法不正确6例(19.4%);工作年限<3年的工作人员是影响检验质量的主要人为因素。结论为了保证血液样本检验质量,要重视血液样本采集、送检、保存等环节的质量控制,同时严格按照检验流程实施血液样本检验工作,进而不断提高血液样本检验质量。
Objective Summary of the main factors influencing the quality of blood sample test results, and discusses the corresponding control countermeasures. Methods Randomly from February 2012-2015 on March 31 cases inspection quality problems of the blood sample, and carries on the retrospective analysis, summarizes the main factors influencing the quality of blood sample test results, and make statistical analysis. Results Main factors affecting the quality of 31 cases of blood sample inspection for the patient＇s own factors in 19 cases（61.2%）, blood specimen hemolysis and coagulation 6 cases（19.4%）, 6 cases of blood sample preservation method is not correct（19.4%）;Working years 〈3 years of staff is the main human factors affecting the quality of inspection. Conclusion In order to ensure the quality of blood sample testing, to attach importance to the blood sample collection, inspection, preservation of quality control, at the same time in strict accordance with the inspection process to implement a blood sample inspection work, and constantly improve the quality of blood sample test.
