摘要
提出了一种三相双层同心式正弦绕组的设计方法,该绕组是一种等槽满率的正弦绕组。以4极48槽三相异步电动机为例,阐述了等槽满率正弦绕组的设计理论,给出了三相双层同心绕组的谐波分析方法。给出了三相双层同心式正弦绕组设计的步骤和结果,通过对比ANSYS有限元软件的计算结果,验证了绕组谐波分析和设计方法的正确性。所设计的绕组具有谐波含量低和等槽满率的优点,为电动机绕组的谐波分析和设计提供了理论依据。
A method was designed for three-phase double-layer concentric sinusoidal winding which was a kind of e- qual slot full rate sinusoidal winding. Taking a three-phase induction motor with 4 pole pairs 48 slots as an example, the design method for harmonic of three-phase double-layer concentric sinusoidal winding was proposed based on the distribu- tion of the magnetic fields design theory of equal slot full rate sinusoidal winding. And the design steps and results were giv- en, which demonstrates that the new method was correct and effective comparing with analysis of ANSYS finite element soft- ware. The winding designed with the method had the advantages of low harmonic content and equal slot full rate. It provides a theoretical basis for the harmonic analysis and design of the motor windings.
