摘要
为了使逆变器具有更高的效率、功率密度和可靠性,提出了一种结构简单、控制方便的谐振直流环节逆变器。给出软开关的工作原理解析和各个模态下的等效电路图,并使用SVPWM调制方法降低谐波含量,提高电压利用率,且三相逆变器开关管实现了ZVS。通过Matlab/Simulink仿真工具进行模型搭建,验证该谐振直流环节逆变器的正确性、可行性和有效性。
In order to make the inverter with higher efficiency,power density and reliability,a resonant DC-link inverter with simple topology and convenient control was proposed.The analysis of soft-switching principle and the equivalent circuits at different operation modes was given.SVPWM method was used to reduce the harmonic content and improve the voltage utilization.And the switches of a three-phase inverter could be turned on under the ZVS condition.The model was built by Matlab/Simulink tools,and the results show that the resonant DC-link inverter is correct,feasible and valid.
