摘要
介绍了一种核电盘式电机定子的自动嵌线设备,以现代设计理念和方法为设计依据,根据现有的手工嵌线工艺流程为分析背景,运用现代设计方法和机电一体化的设计思想,得出既经济实用又可靠的设计方案,最终,完成了自动嵌线设备的相关结构设计,包括送料机构、夹取机构、转盘机构以及总体控制方案的介绍。实现了盘式电机定子的自动化嵌线工艺,在很大程度上提高嵌线效率,从而提高了盘式电机的生产效率。
An automatic stator coil inserting machine for nuclear disc type motor is introduced.With modern design concept and method for design basis,it uses the existing manual embedding technology for the analysis of the background.Both the economical and reliable design is drawn by using the method of modern design and electromechanical integration design ideas.Finally,the design of the related structure of automatic embedding equipment is completed,including the feed mechanism,clip mechanism and swivel plate mechanism.The total control project of automatic stator coil inserting machine is also presented.And the automatic embedding of the disc motor stator is realized,and greatly improves the efficiency of the embedding,so the production efficiency of the disc motor is increased.
