摘要
为了实现干燥箱温度控制系统满足温度控制均匀、操作简单及性能可靠的目的,设计了基于PLC和触摸屏的温度闭环控制系统。详细的介绍了系统的工作原理和组成,给出了系统的硬件设计和软件设计流程以及可编程控制器PID算法实现。所设计的控制系统经运行满足控制要求,为其他温度控制系统的PLC改造提供了参考依据。
In order to make the drying oven temperature control system meet the purposes of uniform temperature control,simple operation and reliable performance,the paper designed the temperature closed-loop control system based on PLC and touch screen.The principle and the composition of the system were introduced in detail.System hardware design process,software design process and the implementation principle of programmable controller PID algorithm were presented.The control system designed can meet the control requirements and can provide reference for transformation of other temperature control system.
