摘要
单层绕组和双层绕组对电机的参数性能有较大的影响。研究单层绕组和双层绕组对于提高汽车用爪机发电机效率具有重要的意义。本文通过利用Ansoft软件建立爪极发电机的模型,采用等效磁路法进行电磁计算,得到了爪极发电机单层绕组和双层绕组性能参数。并对空载感应电动势的谐波进行了分析。研究结果为爪极发电机的优化设计提供依据和参考。
Single-layer winding and double-layer winding have an obvious influence on the performance of the alternator. Research of the single-layer and double-layer winding is of great importance for improving effi- ciency of the claw-pole alternator. The different models of claw-pole alternator were modeled using the Ansoft software. On this basis, the performance parameters of the alternator in terms of the single-layer winding and double-layer winding using magnetic equivalent circuit method were obtained. The harmonic components of the induced electromotive force were analyzed. The presented results can provide the basis and reference for the optimal design of the claw-pole generator.
