摘要
针对电励磁爪极电机功率密度低、永磁爪极电机磁场调节困难的问题,研究了一种新型的混合励磁爪极同步发电机.根据电机学原理,利用磁路的计算方法和三维有限元分析计算方法对该电机进行仿真计算,探讨其空载特性和调节特性,分析比较了该电机与电励磁爪极电机和永磁爪极电机的性能差异.研究结果表明:(a)相对于电励磁爪极电机,该电机实现了励磁电流的双向控制;相对于永磁爪极电机该电机使得输出电压可调.(b)在更宽的负载范围内实现了保持输出电压恒定.
In consideration of low power density of electric excitation claw-pole synchronous machine (EECSM) and some difficulties in magnetic field regulation of permanent magnet claw-pole synchronous machine (PMCSM), a new type of hybrid excitation claw-pole synchronous machine (HECSM) was studied. According to electrical machine theory, the calculation method for magnetic circuit and 3D finite element method were used for simulative calculation of the machine, and its no-load characteristics and regulation behavior of the machine were discussed. The comparison of the performance of HECSM with those of EECSM and PMCSM shows that HECSM realizes two-direction control of excitation current and makes the output voltage adjustable, and that the output voltage is kept constant in a wide load range.
