摘要
简要推导和分析了径向电磁力的产生原理。利用有限元分析软件计算了8极24槽、36槽、48槽三台水磁同步电动机的空载磁场和额定负载磁场的谐波含量并进行了径向力波分析。该方法可以有效分析永磁同步电动机的径向电磁力,同时分析了不同极弧系数和磁钢偏心距对磁场正弦畸变率的影响。分析和计算结果表明:相比分数槽电机,采用整数槽可以有效减小电机的径向电磁力,为降低永磁同步电动机振动与噪声提供了理论依据。
The principle of radial electromagnetic force of permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) was deduced and analyzed. Finite element analysis software was employed to calculate the harmonic content of no load-field and rated load field of three PMSMs with 8 poles ,24/36/48 slots respectively. And their radial force wave were analyzed, which can effectively analyzed the radial magnetic force of PMSM. The effects of different pole arc coefficient, rotor eccentricity, pole/ slot combination on the air-gap harmonic magnetic field of PMSM were studied. Analysis and calculation results shows that the radial electromagnetic force can be more effectively reduced by using integer slot combination than that of fractional slot combination, and it provides theoretical basis for the study of vibration and noise of reduction.
