摘要 "95后"大学生在人格发展方面带有开放、多元的时代烙印,较"80后"的学生存在着明显的差异。本文试图探讨高校辅导员在开展学生工作时能否应用九型人格理论这一问题,在相关文献分析的基础上,对江苏省某校224位被测学生进行了观察和量表测量及个体辅导,运用数据分析的方法,归纳出"95后"大学生的人格特点,并依据不同特点的学生提出了具有针对性的心理辅导方法。 Nowadays,the persons who were born post 1995 have become college students.They have distinctive differences,especially in personality,with those"post 1980s"students,on account of the different overall background of the culture,economy and policy while they are growing up.This paper aims to apply the theory of enneagram into the psychological counseling work conducted by university counselors.On the basis of relative literature analysis,the authors observe and measure 224 respondent students in one university in Jiangsu province.It summarizes the personality characteristics of"post 1995"college students via the methods of data analysis,and then proposes a very specific psychological counseling method according to the personalities of college students.
