九型人格是关于性格研究的心理学理论和概念体系。大学生职业生涯规划从自我探索开始,九型人格是大学生职业生涯规划自我探索的重要理论和工具。九型人格中的"性格"是大学生职业生涯规划自我探索中具有核心意义的个性心理特征,其所形成于传统的交谈法是大学生职业生涯规划自我探索的有效方法。九型人格的学习过程就是大学生职业生涯规划自我探索的过程,它对大学生正确认识、理解性格及正确处理性格与职业生涯规划的关系有一定的启示作用。
