摘要
大学联盟化开辟了世界一流大学群体发展的新路径,也形成了在"竞争与合作中求共生"的新理念。世界一流大学战略联盟的准入原则主要基于精英要素、合作历史、共同理念和独特资源,组织运作侧重联盟章程、战略规划以及专属机构,体现出一流大学联盟的法制性、前瞻性与规范性的特征。其中,法规章程、特色互补、社会支持及质量监管是我国建设世界一流大学战略联盟的关键。
The university alliance has paved a new path for the group development of world-class universities and introduced a new concept of＂seeking symbiosis in competition and cooperation＂.The world-class university strategic alliance has the admittance principles of elite elements,cooperative history,common ideas and unique resources.Its operation management focuses on the union constitution,strategic plan and exclusive agency,reflecting the legal,prospective and normative characteristics of world-class university alliances.As to the domestic construction of world-class university strategic alliance,the critical issues include the construction of constitution,complementary features,social support,and quality supervision.
